Zócalo is a Spanish word for a town's main plaza or square. It’s a community gathering spot where people go to share thoughts, ideas and recommendations with others.

As a governing member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), we’ve helped shape the standards for ethical management of word of mouth marketing by contributing to the WOMMA Code of Ethics. And we strictly adhere to their practice.

Zócalo Group CEO Paul Rand is the immediate past president of WOMMA ,where he chaired the Association’s Ethics Council, and Emily Bader currently serves on the WOMMA Ethics Council.

Zócalo Group also operates an Ethics Committee within our agency and requires all employees to complete an annual certification course on ethical behavior.
