Developing An Enterprise Wide Social Media Solution

Putting in place an enterprise-wide social media strategy is certainly a daunting challenge.   With a typically massive variety of “social” projects across an enterprise, multiple stakeholders, uncertainty around how to set objectives and evaluate success, huge needs for education and training, as well as unclear lines of authority and communication — it’s no wonder that finding the right enterprise-wide approach is a big undertaking.

In this session, you’ll hear strategies, advice and very candid perspectives from experts who have been helped build social media infrastructure and strategies in their organizations.   Join Dave Stone, SVP Group Account Director at Zócalo Group; Christine Cea, Director, Marketing Communications at Unilever, U.S.; Erich Marx, Director, Interactive & Social Media Marketing/Public Relations at Nissan; and Adam Brown, Executive Director, Social Media at Dell for what is sure to be an exciting conversation.   The group will cover many aspects of rolling out social media smartly across an organization – everything from listening, to involving and managing key stakeholders, to integrating social with marketing strategies, to training and education, to governance, to measurement, just to name a few topics.   Each participant will cover their key challenges, the initiatives they’ve got underway, and provide a glimpse into the future within their own organizations.
