Great article, Kellye. I love the idea of the Postccard on the Run app. Looks like it's not available for Android yet, though. Darn.

Keep up the great work!

Love the tips, and the photo. Just had my first Austin pedicab experience yesterday, and it was super convenient...but pricey! $30 for three people!

Yes, we are aware of Corbett’s involvement. Working with influencers has shown us the importance of responding to even the most vocal of detractors. Regardless of the background with this blogger, TSA should have acknowledged and responded to his concerns in a more personal and respectful manner.

John, you can say it's all psychological all you want and it's about customer service all you want. Starbuck's coffee brew, specifically, the flavor, has gone downhill, dramatically, since the years you mentioned. I worked as an assitant mgr. and I know what changes were taking place in the delivery from bag to how it's made. Everything has changed and most people don't know this. I asked managers, who have been working for Starbucks for a long time agree. How it's measured, grounded and then brewed by a barista who doesn't even drink the coffee is a joke. The brew is consistently pulled early by the barista. The coffee is scooped by the barista :) and the coffee ground by the barista is sometimes set to the wrong #. I have seen this happen and I am just a customer these days.
I consider myself an expert on coffee taste as I was when I was working for starbucks for 7+ years. The one consistency about a cup of starbucks bold coffee is the consistently weak, watery, bland, missing most tones, etc. that I receive from most of the starbucks in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan. In my office, few workers have stopped drinking Starbucks every day but there will always be some youngsters taking there place to keep the company doing well. John, your expectations garbage is meaningless to people I know. It's all about the flavor for the average person I personally think. I understand that customer service matters more to some people. I know there are people out there like this.
