Zócalo Group and Dell Win 2011 Forrester Groundswell Awards
Today, Forrester Research announced the winners of the 2011 Forrester Groundswell Awards and Zócalo Group with Dell won the Energizing Award for Business to Business with their campaign Trade Secrets: Energizing SMB Influencers. Zócalo Group developed the Trade Secrets campaign to introduce the Dell Vostro V130, a sleek, new laptop designed for on-the-go small business professionals, and to further position Dell as a leading provider of technology solutions for this sector.
In addition, Dell also won the Listening Award in the Consumer division for the Dell Social Media Listening and Command Center (LCC), a facility created to connect the company to consumer conversations and elevate the brand/customer relationship via social media engagement.
This year, there were more than 200 Forrester Groundswell Award submissions. The awards presented represent the top entries in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) North America and Business-to-Business (B2B) divisions and winners are honored for excellence in effective use of social technologies to advance an organizational or business goal.
